MAC/iOS: The Fusion app can connect to your MAC via Bluetooth, Wifi or USB
Windows: You can create a connection to receive Midi (Wifi & Ethernet) using a solution called rtpMIDI (a virtual MIDI-driver) - https://www.tobias-erichsen.de/software/rtpmidi.html
For an enhanced MIDI data streaming try turning off the Bluetooth connection on your Apple Watch and iOS device and ONLY using the Wifi connection which tends to be more reliable / faster.
The Apple Watch sends a heart rate value to your phone every 5 seconds (or every 3 seconds if you place your finger on the crown). The phone sends heart rate as a MIDI pitch bend and also sends a note on/off with each live heart beat.
The current version of Fusion does not provide a full ECG like signal (eg an analog equivalent of heart beats).
